Cat Sanctuary In Rome Under Threat

  • Cat lovers in Rome are fighting local beaurocrats over the occupation of one of the city's historic sites.

    Officials are trying to expel a cat sanctuary set amongst the ancient ruins.

    In a Roman square called Largo Argentina the volunteers who run the sanctuary are determined to fight off the bureaucrats who want to get rid of the cats.
